project. No one person can ensure a safe environment. Because it is a
collaborative effort, we involve every individual in making safety the

Every project is unique. With the presence of Kong Votha Construction’s On-Site Safety-Coordinator, we ensure inspections on a regular basis, weekly safety meetings, and the issuing of safety notices specific to that site.
We believe that in order to have an effective safety program everyone must be committed to providing leadership. The success of the project can be ensured through communication and technology, and we continually strive to achieve that goal.
